The shower was fantastic, providing great pressure and
hot water, making after hikes so rejuvenating. Location is a short walk to the waterfront and eateries. However, the noise can be an issue, particularly from corridors and other rooms, so a top-floor room is likely best.

Compact rooms provide essential comfort, hot water pressure in the shower revitalizes after a long day, breakfast boxes for hikes are a thoughtful touch.
Sound insulation issues can be distracting with noise from guests passing by and doors opening or closing. The bathroom door in the room struggled to stay closed, and the showerhead required cleaning to function correctly. Luggage transport is a hassle since the elevator is out of commission, forcing guests to carry bags up multiple flights of stairs.

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, assisting with our trek plans and transport, which made our stay comfortable. Luggage storage during our Torres del Paine hike was also very convenient.

We adored the perfect location, just a short walk to the beautiful waterfront and the bustling city square. The staff was genuinely friendly, always willing to assist us with local information and making dining reservations, which truly enhanced our experience. The hotel provided a cozy place to unwind with a comfortable bed, and we appreciated the clean and tidy bathroom after long days exploring the area.
However, we found the thin walls a bit distracting, occasionally interrupting our conversations with outside noise.

Just a top selection for a weekend in Puerto Natales with very good value for money. The hot water pressure in the shower was amazing, making for a refreshing start to the day. If you're sensitive to noise, try to get a room on the top floor for a quieter night.

The location was superb, just a short walk from the city square, making it easy to explore everything nearby. The staff were incredibly accommodating, always eager to help with information and reservations. While the room was compact, the shower offered excellent hot water pressure, which was refreshing after long days. However, the lack of sound insulation led to disturbances from other guests, and the absence of adequate storage space left luggage on the floor. Breakfast was delicious, featuring a variety of options that were quickly replenished.

Great for families looking for comfort
The shower was great, the hot water pressure was just right, and we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast with a nice variety! plus they gave us breakfast boxes for our hikes which was super thoughtful.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but it was still acceptable.
