hot water, making after hikes so rejuvenating. Location is a short walk to the waterfront and eateries. However, the noise can be an issue, particularly from corridors and other rooms, so a top-floor room is likely best.

Sound insulation issues can be distracting with noise from guests passing by and doors opening or closing. The bathroom door in the room struggled to stay closed, and the showerhead required cleaning to function correctly. Luggage transport is a hassle since the elevator is out of commission, forcing guests to carry bags up multiple flights of stairs.

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, assisting with our trek plans and transport, which made our stay comfortable. Luggage storage during our Torres del Paine hike was also very convenient.

We adored the perfect location, just a short walk to the beautiful waterfront and the bustling city square. The hotel provided a cozy place to unwind with a comfortable bed, and we appreciated the clean and tidy bathroom after long days exploring the area.

However, we found the thin walls a bit distracting, occasionally interrupting our conversations with outside noise.

Just a top selection for a weekend in Puerto Natales with very good value for money. The hot water pressure in the shower was amazing, making for a refreshing start to the day. If you're sensitive to noise, try to get a room on the top floor for a quieter night.
